1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.azaleeinteriors.com and all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are handcrafted in Europe and described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices, specifications, or discontinue products without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs, shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), MB Way, Multibanco, and EasyPay. All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and our payment partners. Full payment is required before dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within EU typically takes 3-7 business days via standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International shipping is available; contact us for quotes. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds (EU Consumer Rights)

You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition and packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Contact hello@azaleeinteriors.com with your order number to start the return process. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under EU law. Normal wear and damage from misuse are excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this website are property of Azalée Interiors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond the product purchase price. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, compliant with EU GDPR and Portuguese CNPD regulations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon , Portugal.
